Falcon Housing Association provides a professional, personal and efficient service to all our property and lease partners. We offer rental management, response and planned maintenance services for private landlords, property developers, care providers and local authorities across England and Wales.

As a registered provider of social housing, we are focused on maintaining our properties to the highest possible standards. Where appropriate, we enter into leases whereby Falcon is responsible for all repairs and maintenance. We provide an effective and responsive repairs and maintenance service to all our tenants which helps deliver a significant return on all rental investments.

Where possible, we will use our own internal repairs team for the majority of minor repairs. Depending on the nature of the issue and the geographic area of the property, we may at times outsource the work to specialist contractors.
